As soon as you have an idea for your event, please reach out! Three to four months in advance is ideal, but we’ve also worked with much shorter timelines.
When should I book you?

Event planning fees vary based on the size, scope, timeline, and level of support needed. Most small-scale events fall within a planning fee range of $250–$1,000.
For gifting, you’ll share your budget for the gift itself, and a separate service fee covers sourcing, curation, wrapping, personalization, and delivery coordination. After we learn more about what you need, we’ll provide a clear estimate before moving forward.
